腰部多裂肌与腰椎稳定性的关系 被引量:13

摘要 腰椎稳定性特指在生理或病理条件下,腰椎椎间盘等结构要素维持其与椎体之间正常位置关系的一种功能状态,主要由三个在结构上相对独立、功能上相互关联的被动、主动及神经控制要素共同决定,与腰椎的运动、支撑及保护等功能密切相关;
