通过复习文献,对化工行业工人职业健康状况的特点进行分析。表明影响化工行业工人健康状况的因素包括环境、生物学、心理行为与生活方式、卫生服务等方面。化工行业工人职业健康状况的特点主要是:职业危害程度重、劳动者职业病危害知识总知晓率低、年轻劳动者和文化程度较低者工伤事故频率高、女工生殖机能影响较为明显、慢性非传染性疾病是影响健康的主要因素、劳动者心理健康状态普遍较低、卫生服务不够全面等,文章对存在的问题提出工作场所健康促进办法。

The main features of occupation al health in chemical workers were analy zed on the basis of references review in this paper,which indicating that the im portant impact factors on those features includes：environmental and biological f actors,psychological and behavior factor s,lifestyle factors,health services,etc. While the main characteristics of occupa tional health in chemical workers includ ed serious occupational hazard in the ch emical industry,low knowing rate on occu pational hazards,high industrial acciden t incidence in young and poor educated w orkers,obvious mal-effect on female repr oduction function,the main impact factor of health is chronic non-communicable d iseases,lower psychological health statu s,lack of good health service etc.Facing these problems,the paper also offers th e way on workplace health promotion.
