基于项目化管理的高校共青团“一体两翼”团建模式研究

Study on the Construction Mode of "One Body with Two Wings" of University Communist Youth League through Project Management

在高校共青团"一体两翼"团建模式基础上,对两个学生组织进行比较,分析了学生组织运作中资源整合的问题,通过将学院学生"活动"作为"项目"管理的科学理念,提出相互联接的学生组织形式,提高了两个学生组织的融合度,有效整合了高校共青团工作资源。

On the basis of the mode of ＂One Body with Two Wings＂ in building the Youth League in CYL,the research has compared two student organizations and analyzed the problem of resource integration in the student organization operation.Based on the scientific concept of project management of college student activities,the paper proposes an interconnected form of student organizations which contributes to the improvement of integration of the two student organizations and the effective integration of university Communist Youth League resources.
