英语同义词辨析与类联接搭配——基于语料库的研究

A Corpus-based Study on the Collocation and Colligation of the Two Synonyms

本研究基于中国英语学习者语料库CLEC与本族语语料库BNC为数据来源,对比分析同义词refuse与reject在频数、搭配和类联结使用方面的特征及差异。探析中国英语学习者在使用这组同义词时存在的问题及其原因。研究发现,学习者在搭配词使用范围的有限性,以及搭配词出现滥用和少用等问题。本研究旨在为词汇研究和同义词辨析提供新的方法和视角。

This paper,based on the data from CLEC and BNC,analyses the characteristics and differences between the synonyms：＂refuse＂and＂reject＂in using frequencies,collocations and colligations of the two synonyms,and explores the problems and reasons in using the two synonyms for chinese learners.The research findings indicate that the learners have the problems of a limited collocational range as well as the over-used and under-used collocation.The paper aims to provide a new perspective and method for vocabulary research and the teaching of synonyms.
