The development and the influence of the contemporary multi-culture have brought many challenges to the college ideological and political education.In the face of such situation,this essay puts forward some proposals and countermeasures from five aspects：the guiding ideology,education strategy,guide methods,the ideological concept,and the ideological and political team.
