高校辅导员“三专”队伍建设探析

高校辅导员是大学生思想政治教育的主力军,是学生的管理者、引路人和知心朋友。肩负着辅助学生成长、引导学生成才、圆学生成功之梦的职责。但辅导员队伍建设中存在的角色定位与职责划分模糊、归属感欠缺、自主深造学习不够、队伍素质参差不齐等问题,迫切需要解决和完善,而辅导员专业化、专职化、专家化即"三专"队伍建设的提出就具有了现实的必要性与重要性。对整个辅导员队伍及其相应个体的完善与提升,都有着极大的推进作用。

College counselors are the main force of ideological and political education,students＇ managers,pathfinders and close friends.Their responsibilities are promoting the growth of students,guiding students,helping to achieve the dream of success.But construction of the counselor team at present is still at dilemma,such as the ambiguous division of roles and responsibilities,lack of sense of belonging,lack of independent study,team quality problems and these questions are urgent to be solved and improved.The counselor specialization,professionalization,expertise namely＂three special＂team construction is of practical importance and necessity.The counselor team and individual improvement and promotion have a great significance.
