DNA修复基因甲基化修饰与肿瘤研究进展

摘要 真核生物DNA修复的主要途径包括错配修复(mismatch repair,MMR)、碱基切除修复(base excision repair,BER)、核苷酸切除修复(nucleotid eexcision repair,NER)、直接修复及重组修复等,共同构成维持遗传信息稳定的保护机制。DNA修复相关基因的表达缺陷可能导致遗传物质损伤积累,在多种疾病,特别是肿瘤的发生中具有重要作用。
