腺苷对大鼠肾脏缺血-再灌注损伤的保护作用 被引量:11

摘要 目的 :探讨腺苷对肾脏缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用机制。方法 :将大鼠随机分为对照组 (CON)、缺血再灌注组 (IR)、给予腺苷后缺血再灌注组 (AD)。除病理组织学变化外 ,分别检测各组不同灌注时间 Na+K+ ATP酶和 Ca2 + ATP酶活力的变化。结果 :病理组织学肾小管评分 ,AD组和 CON组均明显低于 IR组(P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1) ,AD组和 CON组之均无显著性差异 (P均 >0 .0 5 )。Na+ K+ ATP酶和 Ca2 + ATP酶的活性 ,在 AD组和 CON组之间均无显著性差异 (P均 >0 .0 5 ) ,但 2组均明显高于 IR组 (P均 <0 .0 1)。结论 :腺苷对大鼠肾脏缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用 ,其机制与其调节和改善能量代谢有关。 Objective:To investigate the protective effect of adenosine on renal damage in rats after ischemiareperfusion injury.Methods:Rats were randomly divided into control group (CON),adenosine treatment group (AD) and ischemiareperfusion group (IR).In different groups,pathological changes and the activity of Na +K +ATPase as well as Ca 2+ ATPase were determined at various intervals.Results:Pathological scores of renal tubules in AD and CON were lower than that in IR ( P <0 05 or P <0 01),but they were similar between AD and CON (all P >0 05).No marked difference in Na +K +ATPase and Ca 2+ ATPase activities was observed between AD and CON(all P >0 05),while ATPasese activities in two groups were significantly higher than that in IR(all P <0 01).Conclusions:Adenosine could protect against the damage of renal ischemiareperfusion,which may be related to the improvement of energy metabolism.
