Percutaneous lumbar discectomy: analysis of 60 cases

目的 :评价经皮穿刺腰椎间盘切除术 (PLD)的临床应用价值。方法 :对 6 0例PLD术后患者随访 1～ 12个月。参照MacNab法判定疗效 ,分优、良、可、差 4级。结果 :PLD治疗总有效率达 96 0 % ,优良率为 92 0 % ,无严重并发症。结论 :PLD创伤小、康复快、并发症少 。

Objective: To evaluate the value of clinical application of percutaneous lumbar discectomy(PLD). Methods:Sixty patients with herniated lumbar disc were treated by PLD. They were followed up for 1 to 12 months. According to MacNab's classification, the therapeutic effects were classified into 4 categories: excellent, good, mean and poor. Results:The total effective rate of PLD was 96 0%, and the recovery rate was 92 0%. No severe complications occurred in the patients. Conclusion:The PLD is characterized by slight wound, fast recovery and fewer complications. It may partly replace the traditional surgery.
