Neurocutaneous distribution of male adult cadavers

目的 :观察皮神经分布情况 ,为皮神经的研究和疾病的防治提供参考资料。方法 :用S10 0蛋白免疫过氧化物酶染色 ,观察成年男尸体表各部位皮神经的分布及数量。结果 :皮神经的数量依次为鱼际 >面颊部 >腹部。结论 :与婴儿相比较 ,成年男尸皮神经分支的数量减少 ,且出现部位差异。这可能因受皮肤附属器生长发育和生活环境的影响所致 ,也可能是成人体表某些部位的皮肤对痛觉。

Objective:To observe the distribution of human cutaneous nerves and to provide some references for the study of cutaneous nerves and the prevention of dermatoses. Methods:S100 protein immunoperoxidase staining was used for observing the neurocutaneous distribution and quantity in different sites of the two male adult cadavers. Results:The quantity of neurocutaneous distribution was as follows: thenar > cheek > abdomen. Conclusion: The quantity of the neurocutaneous branches has decreased in adults as compared with infants, but there are some differences in the different sites. This may result from the changes of growth and development of cutaneous appendages and the influence of environment. It may also be one of the reasons that some sites of an adult body surface have higher tolerance to algesia and thermesthesia.
