把握国外BIM发展的脉动

To Grasp the Pulse of the Trend of BIM Development in North America

作为世界上人口最多的国家以及全球最大的建设市场,中国在建设项目的规模、新技术、新材料的应用上不断地引进与创新。然而在建设行业的整体过程中,对于信息化的研究、创新与应用在世界上却属于后来者。在项目的规划、设计与建设过程的BIM[1]应用,就是信息化的一个重要内容。为了能赶上这一发展趋势,很多人都在各自不同角度最大的努力。本文通过北美BIM考察成果介绍,对BIM发展的若干重要问题进行了探讨。

As the most populated nation and the largest construction market, China has been imported, created or invented many new technologies and materials in building industry. However, through the whole lifecyele of building, China is a new comer in the utilization and management of information of the building. During the phases of project planning, design and construction, how to collect and use information becomes more and more important. In order to catch with the world trend, andmany of us are doing best to promote the utilization of building Informa- tion. This paper introduced North America BIM investigation firstly, then some important issues about BIM develop- ment were discussed.
