摘要
微观复合结构——核壳乳液是现今高分子领域的热门课题之一,该技术对于各类乳液材料改善性能和提高使用质量,起到了升级换代的贡献作用,开辟了应用材料方面一个崭新局面。本文即试以改观现时皮革涂饰剂热粘冷脆为目标,运用核壳技术研制新一代高性能系列丙烯酸树脂,作了闸述;并通过微观测试和宏观性能分析,证实了新型树脂的核壳结构。
Core-Shell emulsion as a microscopic complex structure has now become a prpular itom for research in the polymer's field Such technology playe an important role in the creation of mateicals of new generation when applied for the imporvement of the properties and quality of various kinds of emulsions This paper describes the application of core-shell technology in research and development of high performance series acrylic resins of new generation with the aim of impr(?)ving the properties of leather finishes for the avoidance of heat-tackiness and cold-crack and proves the existance of core-shell structure in the new resins by illustrations of micros(?)opi(?) tests and macrosopic analysis on their properties.
