摘要
总结在电视腹腔镜下行卵巢囊肿剔除 (剥离 )术、附件切除术、输卵管异位妊娠手术、输卵管伞端闭锁造口 (加双侧输卵管通液术 )、盆腔粘连分开术和并盆腔、卵巢子宫内膜异位症和绝育手术共 3 5例资料 ,成功率为 10 0 %。其中 1例巨大囊肿术中出血约 3 0 0ml外 ,其余平均出血约 2 0ml ,术中术后无并发症 ,术后病人痛苦轻 ,恢复快。提示腹腔镜妇科手术是一种“
A summary was given to 35 cases of gynecologic operation ( the success rate was 100% ), including ovarian tumor removal under TV abdominoscope, adnexectomy, oviducal ectopic gestation, ostomy of fimbria end of fullopian tube (with tubal patent test by liquid instillation on two sides), lytic operation for pelvic adhesion, avarian endometriosis and sterilizing operation. The average bleeding amount was 20 ml, except a 300 ml of one giant cyst removal. No complication in the course of operation and afterward. The patients had less pain and recovered soon after operation. It's suggested that abdominoscope operation is ' the most minor invasive operation '.
