摘要
利用精确的鞍点变分波函数和鞍点复数转动方法,计算了C^+离子五电子原子系统内壳激发共振态1s2s(~3S)2p^(32,4)P°,^(2,4)D°的俄歇能量和俄歇分支率,考察了俄歇跃迁的收敛性,对300 keV C^+离子和CH_4气体碰撞实验产生的高分辨率俄歇电子谱进行了标定,并指出这些类硼C^+离子的内壳激发共振态对253~273 eV范围的实验谱线有重要贡献.本文计算结果与实验数据符合得很好.
uger energies, Auger branching ratios of the five-electron co 2pa2+4P0, 2,4D0 of C+ ion are calculated using the saddle-point variation re-excited resonances ls2s(3S) and saddle-point complex-rotation methods. The convergence of Auger transition rate is investigated. Calculated Auger energies and branching ratios are used to identify high-resolution Auger spectrum in the 300 keV C+-CH4 collision experiment. It is found that Auger decay of these five-electron core-excited resonances give significant contributions to the Auger spectrum in the range 253~273 eV. Our results are in good agreement with the experimental data.
