摘要
目的探讨阿托伐他汀钙对高胆固醇血症大鼠神经行为学的影响。方法 36只大鼠随机分为普通饲料对照组12只和高脂饲料喂养组24只,将高脂饲料喂养鼠分为高脂模型组、高脂立普妥组各12只,高脂立普妥组按5mg/kg给予立普妥,普通饲料对照组和高脂模型组喂饲同体积蒸馏水。8周后开始进行行为学实验,采用Morris水迷宫实验测定空间学习、记忆能力。10周后禁食16h,进行采血,生化法测定血脂。结果高脂模型组大鼠逃避潜伏期、游泳路程较正常组大鼠明显延长(P<0.05),高脂立普妥组逃避潜伏期、游泳路程较高脂模型组明显缩短(P<0.05)。模型组大鼠血清TC、LDL-C较正常组大鼠明显升高(P<0.05),立普妥能明显降低血清CHO和LDL-C含量(P<0.05)。高脂立普妥组与普通饲料对照组间差异无统计学意义。结论立普妥可改善高胆固醇血症引起的学习记忆能力,降低血清TC、LDL-C水平。
Objective To investigate the effect of atorvastatin calcium on hypercholesterolemic rats in neural behavior.Methods 36 rats were randomly divided into control group(12 rats)and high fat diet group(24 rats).The rats fed withhigh fat diet were divided into model group(12 rats)and high cholesterol Lipitor group(12 rats)which were given 5 mg/kgintragastric administration,control group and the model group were fed the same volume of distilled water.8 weeks after theinitiation,behavioral experiments using the Morris water maze determinate spatial learning and memory ability.10 weeks afterfasting 16 h,biochemical determination was done for blood lipids. Results The escape latency and swimming distance inhyperlipemia model rats were significantly prolonged than normal rats(P 0.05).The escape latency and swimming distancewere significantly shorter in high cholesterol Lipitor group than high fat model group(P 0.05).The serum TC and LDL-Cin the rats of model group were significantly elevated than normal rats (P 0.05),Lipitor can significantly decrease theserum CHO and LDL-C content(P 0.05).Between high cholesterol Lipitor group and control group,there was no significantdifference. Conclusion Lipitor can improve the learning and memory capacity induced hypercholesterolemia,and decreaseof serum TC,LDL-C level.
