卡托普利联合利尿剂治疗高血压100例的临床观察

Clinical effects of 100 hypertension cases treated by captopril combined with diurtics

目的探讨卡托普利联合利尿剂控制高血压的治疗方法和治疗效果。方法回顾性分析2009年3月～2010年3月笔者所在医院门诊接诊的100例高血压病患者资料,采用卡托普利联合利尿剂用药治疗,并监测患者的血压变化,定期随访,由此对治疗效果进行总结。结果 100例患者中,71例血压达标,12例患者加用其他的降压药进行治疗,5例停药。结论在利尿剂的联合治疗下,高血压和并发症都能得到明显控制。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of hypertension treated by captopril combined with diuretics. Methods 100 cases were selected in our hospital.Patients were treated with diuretics.We supervised the change of level of the blood pressure and did regular follow-up. Results Within 100 cases,71 cases conformed to the target scope,12 cases were treated with other diuretics and other 5 cases were treated with other methods. Conclusion Hypertension treated with diuretics can get significant effectiveness,and no obvious complication happened.This is an ideal method to control the blood pressure.
