全程护理干预对乳腺癌化疗患者生活质量的影响

Impact of nursing intervention on quality of life of patients with breast cancer chemotherapy

目的探讨全程护理干预对乳腺癌化疗患者生活质量的影响。方法将90例乳腺癌术后患者随机分为观察组和对照组各45例,两组患者均按常规性护理方法进行指导,而观察组在此基础上又按护理程序进行全程护理干预,以提高患者生活质量。结果通过对两组患者的跟踪观察、比较,两组患者生活质量差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对乳腺癌术后化疗患者进行全程护理干预,可提高患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the impact of the nursing intervention on quality of life of patients with breast cancer chemotherapy. Methods 90 postoperative breast cancer patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 45 patients respectively. Firstly conventional nursing methods are conducted for these two groups,and then the nursing intervention is carried out only for the observation group with the attempt to improve patients＇ quality of life. Results Through the follow-up observations and comparison,the results from two groups are significantly different（P 0.01）. Conclusion The nursing intervention for postoperative breast cancer patients with chemotherapy can improve patients＇quality of life.
