整体护理干预对带状疱疹患者的影响

Effects of holistic nursing intervention on patients with herpes zoster

目的观察带状疱疹患者采用整体护理干预对临床疗效的影响。方法选择144例带状疱疹患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各72例。对照组只采用传统护理方法,观察组采用整体护理干预,即在传统护理方法基础上,给予疼痛护理。2周后观察并比较两组患者临床疗效。结果观察组患者有效率为95.8%,与对照组患者有效率87.5%相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于带状疱疹患者,采用整体护理干预可提高治疗有效率,减轻患者疼痛。

Objective To observe clinical effects of holistic nursing intervention on patients with herpes zoster. Methods 144 patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into observation group and control group,and each group was 72 patients. Control group was only given traditional nursing, observation group was usen holistic nursing intervention： pain care as adopted on the basis of traditional nursing.The clinical effects of the two groups were observed and compared after 2 weeks. Results The effective rate of the observation group（95.8%） was higher markedly than that of control group（87.5%）. There was significant difference between two groups（P 0.05）. Conclusion Holistic nursing intervention can improve the treatment effective rate, smooth the pain out.
