内镜下食管静脉曲张出血硬化治疗术患者的护理

Nursing interventions of injection of endoscope stiffening agent on patients with esophageai varices homorrhage

目的探讨内镜下食管静脉曲张硬化治疗患者的护理方法。方法通过对79例食管静脉曲张硬化治疗患者的临床资料进行分析,总结经内镜食管静脉曲张硬化治疗的护理方法。结果 79例食管静脉曲张破裂出血成功治疗77例,成功率97.6%;食管静脉曲张消失率为70.8%。结论有效的护理是经内镜下食管静脉曲张破裂出血治疗的重要环节。

Objective To investigate the effects of nursing interventions of Injection of endoscope stiffening agent（IESA） on patients with esophageal varices hemorrhage. Methods Retrospective analysis of 79 patients with esophageal varices hemorrhage,to investigate nursing methods on those patients had experienced the therapy of the IESA. Results The hemostasis rate of the IESA was 97.6%,the disappearance rate was 70.8%. Conclusion Nursing interventions play an important role in the therapeutic process of the IESA.
