不同季节健康人群血脂水平的观察 被引量：2

摘要 对广西柳州市健康人群血脂水平进行了为期 1年的观察 ,结果发现 :TC、HDL -C、LDL -C存在着明显的季节差异 ,这种差异与人体体重无明显关系。TG与季节的关系不大。TC、LDL -C在冬季最高 ,夏季最低 ,而HDL -C在冬季最低 ,夏季最高。因此 ,高脂血症及冠心病患者在饮食及治疗时应考虑由于季节的变化而造成的血脂水平的改变。
