急诊护理管理在预防和解决护患纠纷中的作用 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨急诊护理管理在预防和解决护患纠纷中的作用。方法选择500例患者,使用护理管理方法进行干预,并与500例常规管理者比较护理满意度,分析护理纠纷发生的具体情况。结果观察组满意例数明显多于对照组,不满意例数明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者对护理人员在接诊过程中是否认真倾听、接诊过程中的语言和语气、介绍病情是否全面和细致3方面均明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论良好的护理纠纷管理意识,有利于护理工作的开展,减少和避免护患矛盾,有效地预防护患纠纷。
