胃食管反流病与幽门螺杆菌感染的相关性研究 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨胃食管反流病与幽门螺杆菌感染的关系。方法对45例GERD患者(观察组)和45例慢性浅表性胃炎患者(对照组)进行Hp检测,并对两组患者及GERD各级患者间Hp感染率进行比较。结果观察组患者Hp阳性率为37.8%,较对照组的62.2%显著降低(P<0.05)。GERD各级患者间Hp阳性率比较则差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Hp感染与GERD相关,对GERD的发生可能起到了一定的保护作用。
