剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术67例临床分析

目的:评价剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术的可行性及安全性。方法:回顾性分析我院67例妊娠合并子宫肌瘤的病例行剖宫产同时行肌瘤剔除术与同期单纯行剖宫产患者资料进行比较。结果:剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术组手术操作时间较对照组明显延长(P<0.05)血色素下降、术中出血量、产后出血率、术后肛门恢复排气情况、住院时间比较无显著差异。结论:剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术对于有经验的产科医生是可行的,安全的。以免受二次手术之苦,降低二次手术及子宫切除的发生率,但要注意手术速度和技巧。

Objective： To evaluate the cesarean section and do uterine fibroids eliminating the technique the feasibility and security.Methods： a retrospective analysis of 67 cases of pregnancy with uterine fibroids cesarean section and do the cases do fibroids eliminating the art compared with the pure line cesarean section patient data are compared.Results： cesarean section and do uterine fibroids eliminating the art group operation time was significantly longer than control（P0.05） hemoglobin down and peri-operative bleeding and postoperative recovery rate of postpartum hemorrhage anus exhaust situation,the length of time is no significant differences.Conclusions： cesarean section and do uterine fibroids eliminating the technique for experienced the obstetrician is feasible,safe.From two times the suffering of the operation,reduce the second surgery and the incidence of hysterectomy,but should pay attention to the operation speed and skill.
