p57^(Kip2)对完全性和部分性水泡状胎块的诊断意义

Clinical significance of p57^(Kip2) in complete and partial hydatidiform mole

目的探讨p57Kip2在完全性和部分性水泡状胎块鉴别诊断中的作用。方法采用免疫组化检测p57Kip2在32例完全性水泡状胎块、26例部分性水泡状胎块和9例正常早孕绒毛组织的表达。结果 p57Kip2蛋白在完全性水泡状胎块的绒毛细胞滋养细胞、绒毛合体滋养细胞、绒毛间质细胞中的表达明显低于部分性水泡状胎块和正常早孕绒毛组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 p57Kip2蛋白在水泡状胎块组织中的表达与其临床分型显著相关,其免疫组化分析有助于水泡状胎块的诊断分类。

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of p57Kip2 in complete hydatidiform mole and partial hydatidiform mole.Methods The expression of p57Kip2 in 32 CHM,26 PHM and 9 normal early gestational placenta tissues were detected by immunohistochemical method.Results The rate of expression of p57Kip2 in villous cytotrophoblasts,syncytiotrophoblasts and villous stromal cells of CHM were obviously lower than that in PHM and normal early gestational placenta tissues（P 0.05）.Conclusion The expression of p57Kip2 in hydatidiform mole is significantly associated with clinical stage.Immunohistochemical analysis of p57Kip2 protein is helpful for the diagnostic classification of hydatidiform mole.
