苯酚对实验红鲫肝脏SOD和GSH-Px活性的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究苯酚对实验红鲫肝脏中SOD和GSH-Px活性的影响。方法将40尾实验红鲫随机分为空白对照组、2.16mg/L、4.31 mg/L、8.60 mg/L、17.24 mg/L苯酚组,每组8尾。在染毒的24、48、72、96 h各组分别取2尾红鲫的肝脏制成匀浆,检测肝脏SOD和GSH-Px活性。结果苯酚对实验红鲫的96 h LC50为34.48 mg/L;随着染毒浓度的增高和染毒时间延长,各染毒组红鲫的SOD和GSH-Px的活性与对照组相比均升高明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实验红鲫肝脏SOD和GSH-Px的活性与有机污染物苯酚之间存在剂量-反应和时间-效应关系。SOD和GSH-Px可作为生物标志物用于苯酚等有机污染物的监测。 Objective To investigate the effects of phenol on the activites of superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase in red crucian carp liver.Methods Forty carassius auratus red variety were randomly and averagedly divided into one control group and four phenol groups:0,2.16 mg/L,4.31 mg/L,8.60 mg/L,17.24 mg/L.The activities of SOD and GSHPx in liver of two carassius auratus red variety per group were respectively detected after 24 h,48 h,72 h,96 h.Results LC50 of phenol for 96 h was 34.48 mg/L in carassius auratus red variety.Compare to the control group,the activites of SOD and GSH-Px in liver of phenol groups were lower,and they increased with the dose increased,the differences were significant(P 0.05).Conclusion There was dose-response and time-response relationship between phenol and the activities of SOD and GSH-Px.The activities of SOD and GSH-Px can become biological marker which were used to detect the organic contaminants,phenol for example.
