心电图ST段压低临床价值

Study on the clinical value of ECG ST-segment depression

目的探讨心电图ST段低压的临床价值。方法选取笔者所在医院2009年1月～2010年12月行24 h动态心电图监测显示ST段压低患者114例作为研究对象,结合其伴随症状、临床诊断、其他心电图改变等情况进行综合分析。结果本组114例患者中以伴发胸痛(闷)者最多,占76.3%;临床诊断为心脏病患者72例,占63.2%。结论 ST段压低对冠心病,尤其对心肌缺血等心肌损伤的程度及部位的诊断具有极其重要的价值,但缺乏特异性,需要结合临床及心电图其他表现综合判断。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of ECG ST-segment low voltage.Methods 114 cases of patients show ST-segment low voltage line with 24 hours Holter monitoring was counted and analyzed the associated symptoms,clinical diagnosis and other ECG changes.Results Up to 114 patients in this group associated chest pain（nausea）,accounting for 76.3%;clinical diagnosis in 72 cases of patients with heart disease,accounting for 63.2%,accompanied by other ECG changes in 72 cases,accounting for 63.2%.Conclusion There is an extremely important value for the diagnosis of myocardial ischemia with ST-segment depression,but the lack of specificity,needs combined with other manifestations of the clinical and ECG.
