摘要
为适应医药行业人才需求,加强实践环节教学改革,提高学生实践操作能力,笔者所在医院药学专业开展了实习前实验技能培训考核。本文总结了学院药学专业实习前技能培训考核活动,并对开展培训考核的效果进行了调查分析。
To meet the needs of pharmaceutical industry professionals,strengthen the reform of practice teaching and improve the ability of students in practical operations.The author carried out comprehensive training and assessment of experimental operation before graduation practice for pharmacy students in college of pharmacy.In this paper the author summarized the comprehensive training and assessment of experimental operation before graduation practice for pharmacy students in college of pharmacy and investigated the effect of the training and assessment.
