摘要
目的分析胆囊切除术后出现残余胆囊的原因。方法回顾分析笔者所在医院2002年1月～2012年1月胆囊切除术后6例残余胆囊患者的临床资料。结果 6例患者均二次手术得到痊愈。结论严格掌握手术适应证,熟练技术,术中注意距胆总管0.3～0.5 cm处切断结扎胆囊管,以减少残余胆囊发生。
Objective To analyze the reason of the residual gallbladder after cholecystectomy causes.Methods A retrospective review 6 cases of residual gallbladder caused by open cholecystectomy from January 2002 to January 2012.Results 6 cases were two operation recovery.Conclusion Strict grasp the operation indications,skilled technology and reduce the occurrence of residual gallbladder.
