摘要
高校宾馆作为一种特殊的酒店,具有社会宾馆无法比拟的环境优势和客源优势。随着南京旅游业的发展,酒店队伍不断壮大,酒店之间的竞争日益加剧,南京的高校宾馆也被卷进了这场竞争,并且面临着强大的竞争对手和随时都会出现的新进入者以及替代品。在这样的竞争环境下,南京高校宾馆要想获取竞争优势和长远的发展就必须实施集中化、差异化竞争战略和战略联盟。
As a special type of hotel,college hotels have the advantages in the respect of environment and customers with which social hotels cannot be compared.But with the development of tourism in Nanjing,the number of hotels has been steadily increased,which leads to competition among the hotels.College hotels in Nanjing have also been involved in this keen competition,facing the strong rivals and the new entrants and substitutes appear at any moment.College hotels in Nanjing must adopt the strategyies of centralization,differentiation and strategy alliance to obtain the competitive advantage and long-term development in this competitive environment.
