Dosage of Chinese Herbal Drugs and Its Effects

本文从药物作用强度与用量、药物作用性质与用量、药效的有无与用量以及药物的毒性与用量四个方面对中药剂量与作用的关系进行论述,说明在临床实践中,在辨证立法准确、选药精确妥当的基础上,中药用量的多少,就成了提高疗效的关键,并可防止不良反应.

In this article, the relation between the dosage of Chinese herbal drugs and its effects was discussed in the following aspects: (1) the relation between the potency of drugs and the dosage; (2) the relation between the nature of drugs and the dosage; (3) the relation between the effect of drugs and the dosage; (4) the relation between the toxicity of drugs and the dosage. This discussion shows that on the basis of the correctness of diagnosis, therapeutic principle and the drugs applied, the dosage of drugs should be carefully considered so as to increase the curative effect and prevent side effects.
