摘要
医科院校附属医院是医疗、教育和科研三位一体的医疗机构,我国的医院编制数由医院编制床位决定,在人力资源数量一定的情况下,人力资源配置结构的改善也可以达到提高医院工作效率的目的。本文通过对云南某医学院附属医院进行调查,探讨该医院人力资源配置与国家标准以及国内医院平均水平的差异,从而为医院合理配置人力资源提供参考意见。
Medical university affiliated hospitals is a medical organization in which people deal with medical care, medical education and medical research. In our country, the number of health workers in a hospital is decided by the number of hospital beds, as the number of workers is stable, the change of human resource constitution may lead to higher work efficiency.This paper is about to study on a medical university affiliated hospital in Yunnan, then compare its' human resource disposition with the country's law and other hospitals in this country, so that we can offer some advice on the optimization of human resource disposition.
