细节护理在肿瘤患者化疗期间应用的效果观察

目的观察细节护理在肿瘤患者化疗期间的应用效果。方法选择在我院接受化疗的肿瘤患者116例,随机分为2组各半,均给予常规护理,观察组患者在此基础上实施细节护理干预。观察并比较2组不良反应发生率和护患满意率的差异。结果 2组不良反应发生率和护患满意率比较,差异均有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论细节护理对肿瘤患者化疗过程具有积极的临床意义,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the details of care during chemotherapy in cancer patients application results.Methods in our hospital＇s cancer patients receiving chemotherapy 116 cases were randomly divided into two groups in half,were given routine care,patients in the observation group on the basis of the implementation details of this nursing intervention.Observe and compare the incidence of adverse events and two nurse-patient satisfaction rate differences.Results The incidence of adverse reactions and the nurse-patient satisfaction rate,the difference was statistically significant（p0.05）.Conclusion detail the process of care chemotherapy in cancer patients with positive clinical significance,should be widely applied.
