摘要
目的同步进行固体与液体支原体培养,解决液体培养的假阳性和假阴性,缩短培养时间,准确的鉴定为临床用药提供可靠的药敏结果。方法采用法国生物梅里埃公司My coplasma IST2支原体试剂盒对6363例疑似非淋菌性尿道炎(NGU)患者进行泌尿生殖道支原体培养、鉴定和药敏试验;用上海恩科生物有限公司生产的解脲脲原体和人型支原体的选择显示培养基。结果泌尿生殖道支原体阳性检出率为32.8%,其中Uu阳性率为75%,Mh阳性率为2%,Uu+Mh混合感染阳性率为24%;药敏试验结果显示,Uu、Mh、Uu+Mh对原始霉素、交沙霉素、强力霉素敏感性均较高,达到90%以上;而Uu对氧氟沙星和环丙沙星具有较高的耐药性。结论固体、液体同步培养支原体只需2d时间,将支原体固体培养的金标准与液体培养的药敏相结合达到试验互补,为临床泌尿生殖道支原体培养提供准确的鉴定和药敏报告。
objective Simultaneously solid and liquid mycoplasma culture resolves the false positive and false negative of liquid mycoplasma culture,reduces training time and provides reliable clinical drug susceptibility results with accurate identification.Methods Culture,identification and drug susceptibility test of mycoplasma were taken with IST2 kit of Mycoplasma which was produced by Biomerieux Company in France for 6363 cases with suspect of non-gonococcal urethritis;to use selective display mediums of ureaplasma urealyticum and Mycoplasma hominis.Results The positive detection rate of genitourinary tract mycoplasma was 32.8%,of all positive cases,Ureaplasma urealyticum(Ureaplasma urethritis Uu)positive rate was 75%,Mycoplasma hominis(Mycoplasma hominis Mh)positive rate was 2%,Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu) and Mycoplasma hominis(Mh) positive rate of mixed infection 24%;Drug susceptibility tests showed that Uu,Mh,Uu+Mh have higher susceptibility to pristinamycin,josamycin,and doxycycline,all above 90%;Uu has higher drug resistance to ofloxacin and ciprofloxacin.Conlusion It took 2 days to finish solid-liquid synchronous mycoplasma culture.Combined the gold standard of solid mycoplasma culture with the drug susceptibility of liquid mycoplasma culture,solid-liquid synchronous mycoplasma culture provides accurate identification and drug susceptibility reports for the culture of clinical genitourinary tract mycoplasma.
