经支气管镜高频电烧灼联合全身化疗治疗中央型肺癌与单纯化疗疗效对照分析

Bronchoscopic electrosurgical cautery combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of central type lung cancer with chemotherapy efficacy analysis

目的观察和比较经支气管镜高频电烧灼联合全身化疗治疗中央型肺癌与单纯化疗疗效。方法对本院2009年2月至2011年2月期间呼吸内科80例中央型肺癌患者的病历资料进行回顾性分析,观察组(44例)经支气管镜高频电烧灼联合全身化疗治疗,对照组(36例)单纯化疗治疗。结果 1个周期的治疗后,观察组疗效显著好于对照组(u=3.765,p=0.0002),1个疗程后Kamofsky评分、肺功能、PaO2指标比较结果如表2所示,观察组治疗前后各指标变化程度显著高于对照组,p<0.01,提示2组患者症状改善情况存在差异性,有统计学意义。结论支气管镜高频电烧灼联合全身化疗治疗中央型肺癌疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe and compare the bronchoscopic electrosurgical cautery combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of central type lung cancer with chemotherapy efficacy.Methods in our hospital from 2009.2 to 2011.2 during the period of respiratory medicine in 80 cases of central lung cancer patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,the observation group(44 cases)of bronchoscopic electrosurgical cautery combined with systemic chemotherapy treatment,the control group(36 cases)treated by chemotherapy alone.Results A cycle of treatment,the curative effect of therapeutic group was significantly better than that of the control group(U=3.765,p=0.0002),after a course of Kamofsky scores,pulmonary function,PaO2 index comparison results as shown in Table 2,the observation group was treated with each index before and after the change is significantly higher than the control group,p<0.01,the tips of the two groups of patients with symptomatic improvement situation exists difference,with statistical significance.Conclusion Bronchoscopic electrosurgical cautery combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of central type lung cancer curative effect,it is worthy of clinical application.
