高职会计专业人才培养现状及存在问题剖析

Analysis on Current Situation of Higher Vocational Accounting Education and Existing Problems

高职会计教育是我国会计人才培养的重要途径。然而,我国高职教育起步较晚,虽然在高等教育中占据重要地位,但却存在着很多问题和亟待改进的地方。高职会计教育尤其如此,其培养的会计人才必须紧跟社会经济发展变化的要求,适应岗位需要。本文通过对青岛市有代表性的几所高职院校会计专业进行调查,以点到面,分析了高职会计专业人才培养的现状,并对存在的问题进行了剖析。

Higher vocational accounting education is an important method to train accounting professionals in China. However, due to its late beginning, higher vocational education has encountered various problems and urgent tasks, regardless of its significance in higher education. In particular, economic development necessitates qualified accounting professionals to fulfill challenges from this job, which embeds higher standards into higher vocational accounting education. In this article, the writer inquiries some departments of accounting in several typical higher vocational colleges in Qingdao ,generalizes from samplings, analyses the current situation of higher vocational accounting training and dissects some existing problems.
