摘要
通过对江西省部分地方高校图书馆人才队伍现状的调查,从人才队伍的类别结构、年龄结构、性别结构、学历结构和职称结构几方面进行了分析,呼吁高校图书馆在引进人才、培养人才、组织相关的业务培训、改善图书馆员工作环境和建立馆员的竞职制度等方面加强地方高校图书馆人才队伍的建设。
Through the investigation of talent team from parts of university libraries in jiangxi province, this paper analyzes talent team from the category structure, age structure, gender structure, education structure and title structure. This paper calls that university libraries should strengthen talent team construction from these ways such as introducing talents, training talents, organizing the related business training, improving librarian working environment and establishing the librarians'hired system.
