急性砷化氢中毒的多器官损害

Multi-organ Damage of Acute Arsine Poisoning

总结27例砷化氢中毒患者引起全身多脏器(包括外周血、肾、心、肝、胆、肺、胃肠道、神经系统、电解质、酸碱平衡紊乱等)损害的临床表现及救治体会。认为多器官损害使病情复杂化,容易误诊。治疗上应根据各器官受累情况,综合考虑,分清轻重缓急,从而提高该类病人的抢救成功率。

This article discussed the clinical symptoms and treatment of multi-organ damage including blood system, kidney, heart, liver, gall bladder, gastro-intestine duct,neverous system and the disorders of electrolyte, acid and base balance and so on resulting from acute arsine poisoning. We found that when patients had multi-organ damage, thier conditions became worse and complicated and also of ten resulted in mistaking in diagnosis. So we must ask and exam patients very carefully. Finally, according to multi-organ damage feature,we should take such correspond-ing measures as infusion,cortical hormome, diuresis, transfusion,protecting heart,liver and kidney, prevention and treatment the disorders of electrolyte,acid and base balance and peritoneum dialysis so as to get to the higher rate of successful rescue for the patients.
