脑分水岭梗死探讨

摘要 总结近年对脑分水岭梗死(CWI)的病因与发病机制、类型及临床特点、治疗相关研究的结论。脑分水岭脑梗死病因复杂,有以下学说:(1)血流动力学障碍;(2)微栓子学说;(3)颅内外血管高度狭窄和闭塞。病因不同,出现的临床表现就不同,治疗方案也随之不同。
