摘要
脑水肿是神经内外科的一种常见症状,对于它的形成目前还未能全部了解,治疗手段有限,效果不一。水通道蛋白(aquaporin,AQP)是1988年发现的生物体内的一种水的分子通道。水通道蛋白4(aquaporin-4,AQP4)是AQP蛋白的一种,研究发现,AQP4蛋白对脑水肿的形成及预后有非常密切的关系,通过调节AQP4蛋白可影响脑水肿的形成及预后,同时AQP4可能还有一些其他功能。因此,对AQP4蛋白及脑水肿的关系进行深入研究有助于解决脑水肿的发生与治疗问题,同时对水在生物体内的代谢有更深入的了解。
Cerebral edema is a common symptom in neurology and neurosurgery.Currently its cause is still not fully understood,thus its treatment means and effect are still limited.AQP(Aquaporin),a kind of molecule water channel in the body,is discovered in 1988.AQP4(aquaporin-4) is a subtype of AQP and found to be closely related to the formation and prognosis of cerebral edema.The inhibiting and enhancing of AQP4 can affect the formation and prognosis of cerebral edema and it is also found that AQP4 may have other functions.In-depth study of the relationship between AQP4 and cerebral edema can help answer the questions regarding the formation and treatment of cerebral edema,and at the same time enhance understanding of water metabolism in the body.
