摘要 目的探讨斑贞1号、川芎嗪(TMP)和5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)联合逆转人胃癌细胞系SGC-7901/ADR与LRP表达的相关性。方法采用半定量逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)比较人胃癌细胞SGC-7901/ADR细胞在单纯5-FU和5-FU联合斑贞1号及TMP处理组肺耐药蛋白(LRP)mRNA的表达情况。结果 5-FU组与阴性对照组比较,LRPmRNA表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而5-FU联合斑贞1号及TMP处理组LRP mRNA表达量明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论斑贞1号、TMP和5-FU联合逆转SGC-7901/ADR细胞耐药性可能与LRP基因相关,为当前胃癌的治疗提供了新的理论依据。 Objective To explore of the correlativity between Banzhen 1,Tetra methylpyrazine(TMP) and 5 Fluorouracil(5-Fu) reversing human gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901/ADR with lung resistance protein(LRP) expressions.Methods Semi-quantitative reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) was used for comparison of LRP mRNA expression for cell line SGC-7901/ADR in group of 5-FU,5-FU combined with Banzhen 1 and Tetramethylpyrazine(TMP).Results The expression of LRP mRNA between the 5-FU group and the control group,there was no significant difference(P〈0.05),while 5-FU and Banzhen 1 group and Tetra methylpyrazine(TMP) group was decreased significantly with significant difference(P〈0.05).Conclusion It is possible correlated to LRP for Banzhen 1,TMP and 5-FU reversed multidrug resistance in human gastric cancer cells,which may supply a new theoretical basis for the clinical effective treatment of gastric carcinoma.
