摘要 目的探讨健康教育对改善1型糖尿病患儿家长认知依从性的影响。方法选择21例患者实施护理干预,并与20例实施常规护理的患者比较,对所有患者随访6~12个月,并通过生化检查以及分析并发症的发生情况,了解患儿家长的依从性改变的意义。结果观察组患者随访发生患儿家属协助患儿规律使用胰岛素、定期监测血糖、主动饮食控制及适当运动的比率均高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后观察组患者空腹血糖均值恢复到正常范围,且显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组Homa-β显著优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组的空腹C肽水平高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组糖尿病肾病、酮症酸中毒以及低血糖发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论有效的护理干预对于改善患儿家长的依从性有十分重要的作用,同时还能减少患儿并发症的发生,改善治疗效果。 Objective To investigate the impact of health education on the cognitive compliance of parents of children with type 1 diabetes.Methods 21 cases were taken nursing intervention and compared with 20 cases who were given the routine care.All patients were followed up for 6-12 months.The significance of the changes of the cognitive compliance of parents of children was known by biochemical examination and analysis of complications.Results The rates of parents helping children to use insulin regularly,monitoring of blood glucose at fixed period,active diet control and proper motion in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P〈0.05).After treatment the fasting glucose in the observation group recovered to the normal range and was lower than control group(P〈0.05).Homa beta in the observation group was better than the control group(P〈0.05).Fasting C peptide level in observation group was higher than control group(P〈0.05).The ketoacidosis and diabetic nephropathy incidence of hypoglycemia were lower than control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion Effective nursing intervention can improve the compliance of children,it has a very important role and it can reduce the incidence of complications of patients and improve the treatment effects.
