高职护理教育与临床护理发展的适应现状及对策研究

The adaption and countermeasures of vocational nursing education and clinical care situation

目的分析高职护理教育与临床护理发展的适应现状并探讨改革对策。方法采用问卷以方便抽样方法,向59名临床带教及102名实习学生进行问卷调查。结果 60.0%的临床带教和57.0%的实习学生认为护理教学与临床发展存在不适应问题,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),84.5%的调查对象认为护理教师应定期参与临床工作,82.6%的调查对象认为应以护理工作过程进行教学设计。结论以"优质护理服务理念"为依托,凭借生活护理顶岗实习使学生早期接触临床;以护理工作过程设计教学,教学内容及时补新;增加专职教师与临床接触的机会;加强学校与医院合作,创办院校合作模式;加大实训室的仿真力度,使护理教学真正适应临床护理发展,培养高素质技能型护理人才。

Objective To analyze the adaption of vocational nursing education and clinical care,and to explore the development of reform measures.Methods A questionnaire survey was used to 59 cases clinical teaching and 102 cases training students.Results 60.0% of clinical teaching and 57.0% of the students thought that the development of teaching and clinical care had unsuited problems,the difference was not statistically significant（P〈0.05）.84.5% of respondents believed that teachers should regularly participate in clinical care work,82.6% of respondents believed that care should be based on instructional design process.Conclusion Students can early exposure to clinic with life care internships on the basis of ＂ the concept of quality care＂;design the teaching of nursing process,fill new teaching content in a timely manner;increase the opportunity of full-time teachers contact the clinic;strengthen the cooperation between schools and hospitals,founder the institutions model;increase simulation efforts of the training rooms to make the nursing education adapt to the real teaching of clinical nursing care,and culture the high-quality skilled nursing personnel.
