金沙藤石油醚部位化学成分的气相色谱-质谱联用分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的对金沙藤石油醚部位的低极性成分进行分析。方法采用石油醚萃取金沙藤药材总提液中的低极性成分,气相色谱-质谱法分析,面积归一化法测定各组分的相对含量。结果在最佳的分析条件下,经毛细管色谱柱分离,共得到了36个成分,经谱库检索确认了其中的25种成分,占总组分的96.09%。金沙藤石油醚部位中的低极性成分主要为植物甾醇、长链脂肪酸及其酯类。结论本方法具有快速、准确的特点,可有效用于金沙藤药材成分的分析鉴定。 Objective To analyze the low polarity components of the petroleum ether extracts from Lydodium japonicum (Thunb.) Sw.. Methods The low polarity components of Lydodium japonicum (Thunb.) Sw. were extracted by petroleum ether and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The relative content of each component was determined by area normalization method. Results 36 compounds were separated by capillary chromatography under the optimal conditions, 25 compounds amounting for 96.09% of the total content were identified. The low polarity components were sterols, fatty acids and their esters. Conclusion The method is fast, accurate and available to analyze the low polarity components of Lydodiumjaponicum (Thunb.) Sw..
