绝经后女性冠心病患者与血浆脂蛋白(a)、胱抑素C、尿酸的关系 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨绝经后女性冠心病患者冠脉病变程度与血浆脂蛋白a[Lp(a)]、胱抑素C(CysC)、尿酸(UA)的关系。方法选择2010年9月~2011年10月在郑州大学第一附属医院心内科218例可疑冠心病的绝经后女性,对其行冠状动脉造影,根据冠脉造影结果:分为单支病变组49例,双支病变组58例,多支病变组59例和正常对照组52例,测定绝经后女性患者Lp(a)、CysC及UA的水平。结果绝经后女性冠心病患者Lp(a)和血清UA水平显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05),随着冠脉病变支数增加而升高(P<0.05),绝经后女性冠心病患者血清CysC水平显著低于正常对照组(P<0.05),随着冠脉病变支数增加而下降(P<0.05)。结论绝经后女性冠心病患者Lp(a)和血清UA水平增高,血清CysC水平下降,且变化程度和冠脉病变支数有关。 Objective To investigate the relationship of postmenopausal women patients with coronary heart disease and plasma lipoprotein a,cystatin C,uric acid.Methods 218 cases of postmenopausal women patients with suspicious coronary heart disease of cardiology were chosen from department of cardiology in affiliated hospital of Hebei united university from September 2010 to October 2011,according to coronary angiography and divided into single lesions group of 49 cases,double a lesions group of 58 cases,multivessel disease group of 59 cases and normal control group of 52 cases,the level of plasma lipoprotein a(Lp-a),cystatin C(CysC) and uric acid(UA) of postmenopausal women patients were determined.Results The level of plasma lipoprotein a and uric acid of postmenopausal women patients with coronary heart disease were significantly higher than that of the normal control group(P 0.05),along with increased coronary lesions count increased(P 0.05),the level of cystatin C of postmenopausal women patients with coronary heart disease were significantly lower than that of the normal control group(P 0.05),with the count of coronary lesions decreased(P 0.05).Conclusion The level of plasma lipoprotein a and uric acid of postmenopausal women patients with coronary heart disease are increased,the level of cystatin C is decreased,and the change degree is related to coronary lesions on count.
