摘要 目的通过对尿微量白蛋白测定试剂盒(乳胶比浊法)线性范围的测定,简介试验时能否用增量法(样品量加倍模式)达到线性高点。方法用固定时间法在迈瑞BS-800全自动生化分析仪上对线性范围进行检测。结果该试剂盒不能通过增量法达到线性高点。结论应选择浓度适当的样品进行试剂(盒)线性范围试验。 Objective Through the determination of microalbuminuria kits(latex turbidity method) linear range,to introduce if the linear high can be reached with incremental method(sample amount double mode) during the experiment.Methods To test the linear range with the fixed time method with the Mindray BS-800 automatic biochemistry analyzer.Results The kit could not reach the linear high with incremental method.Conclusion Appropriate concentration samples should be selected to conduct the reagent(box) linear range test.
