中药山红合剂治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床研究

Clinical study of traditional Chinese medicine Shanhong Mixture in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis

目的观察中药山红合剂治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效。方法将108例慢性肾小球肾炎患者随机分为两组,对照组38例予西医常规治疗,治疗组70例在对照组治疗基础上加用中药山红合剂。治疗12周后比较两组临床疗效及相关实验室检查指标的改善情况。结果治疗组总有效率为97.1%,对照组总有效率为76.3%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);两组在改善血肌酐、血尿素氮、尿蛋白、血红蛋白指标方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组;两组治疗后尿红细胞计数较治疗前均降低,与本组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组尿红细胞计数低于对照组,且两组治疗后组间比较差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论中药山红合剂治疗慢性肾小球肾炎临床疗效较好,能改善相关实验室检查指标。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of traditional Chinese medicine Shanhong Mixture in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods 108 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis were randomly divided into two groups.The 38 patients of the control group were given conventional Western medicine treatment and the 70 patients of the treatment group were given additional Shanhong Mixture on the basis of the control group.Twelve weeks after the treatment,the improvement of clinical curative effects and relevant laboratory indicators was observed.Results The total effective rate was 97.1% in the control group and 76.3% in the treatment group.The treatment group was superior to the control group in the curative effects（P 0.05）.The two groups had statistically significant differences in the improvement of serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen,urine protein and hemoglobin indicators（P 0.05）,with the treatment group superior to the control group.The urine red blood cell counts of both groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,with statistically significant differences between before and after treatment（P 0.05）,and the urine red blood cell count of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,statistically significant differences between the two groups after treatment（P 0.01）,Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine Shanhong Mixture shows good clinical curative effects in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis and can improve relevant laboratory parameters.
