瑰及乳膏Ⅱ号的制备及含量测定 被引量:2

摘要 目的制备瑰及乳膏Ⅱ号,确定处方和乳化工艺,建立含量测定方法。方法以霍霍巴油、乳化硅油、氮酮、碳酸二辛酯为油相,以十二烷基硫酸钠和纯化水为水相,白及溶胶为主药,乳化温度(80±5)℃,搅拌机转速200 r/min;用无水葡萄糖为对照品,0.2%蒽酮-硫酸试液为染色剂,分光光度法测定白及多糖含量,测定波长620 nm。结果所制备乳膏色白,均匀细腻,稳定,延展性良好;白及多糖在3.8~60.8μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,A=0.030 2C+0.003 5(r=0.999 8),回收率为99.55%,RSD=1.12%。结论瑰及乳膏Ⅱ号处方成熟,工艺可行,紫外分光光度法测定白及多糖的含量操作便利,方法稳定,重现性好。 Objective To prepare Rose cream Ⅱ and determine prescription and emulsification process and establish content determination method.Methods With jojoba oil,silicone emulsion,azone and dicaprylyl carbonate as the oil phase,with sodium dodecyl sulfate and purified water as the water phase and with bletilla sol as the base drug,the emulsion temperature was seted to(80±5)℃ and the mixer speed was 200 r/min.With anhydrous glucose as the control and 0.2% anthrone-sulfuric acid as the colorant,the spectrophotometry was used to measure the content of bletilla polysaccharide with the wavelength of 620 nm.Results The prepared cream was white,even and delicate,stable and ductile.Bletilla polysaccharide showed good linear relationship within the range of 3.8-60.8 μg/mL,with A = 0.030 2C+0.003 5(r = 0.999 8),recovery rate was 99.55% and RSD = 1.12%.Conclusion The prescription of Rose cream Ⅱ is mature and technically feasible.UV spectrophotometry is easily operative,stable and repeatable in the determination of bletilla polysaccharide.
