护理风险管理在普外科病房中的应用

Application of nursing risk management in the general surgery ward

目的探讨护理风险管理在普外科病房中的应用价值。方法对我院普外科病房2010年普外患者584例共发生的77例风险事件进行原因分析,确定风险因素有：患者、护士、环境、管道、应急处理方面的因素,于2011年1月~6月对652例普外患者实施系统的护理风险管理。结果风险管理实施后住院患者对护理服务质量的综合满意率高达98.31%（641/652）,明显高于实施前的86.64%（506/584）,护理风险事件发生率从13.18%（77例）降至2.00%（13例）,护患纠纷投诉从15.07%（88例）降至2.15%（14例）,护理质控评分从89分升至98分。结论加强普外科护理风险管理,增强护士风险意识,有效降低了风险系数,提高了普外科护理质量和患者满意度。

Objective To investigate the application value of nursing risk management in the general surgery ward.Methods The cause of 77 cases of risk events was analyzed among 584 cases of general surgery patients in general surgery ward of our hospital in 2010,determined the risk factors： patients,nurse,environment,pipeline,the emergency treatment and other factors,652 cases of general surgery patients were implemented systematic nursing risk management from January 2011 to June 2011.Results Nursing service quality in hospitalized patients with comprehensive satisfaction rate was as high as 98.31%（641/652） after implementation of risk management,it was obviously higher than 86.64%（506/584） before the implementation,nursing risk events incidence was decreasing from 13.18%（77 cases） to 2.00%（13 cases）,nurse-patient dispute complaint was decreasing from 15.07%（88 cases） to 2.15%（14 cases）,nursing quality control score was increasing from 89 to 98.Conclusion Strengthening the general surgery nursing risk management,enhancing nurse risk awareness can reduce the risk factor effectively,improve the nursing quality of general surgery and patient satisfaction.
