In order to study clinical nursing measures of reducing the false positive rate of penicillin skin test in children,this article analyzes its causes,and the results show that false-positive penicillin skin test in children are closely related with disinfectants,skin test,age,climate and other factors.Nursing workers should have a high sense of responsibility,always remember the influencing factors of penicillin skin test false positive reaction,strictly execute technical standards,and strive to reduce the penicillin skin test false positive rate to a minimum.
