摘要
酶的固定化是生物技术中最为活跃的研究领域之一。吸附法固定化载体选择范围较广,价格低廉,固定化操作过程简单,在经济上是最具吸引力的固定化方法。综合性能优良的载体材料的设计与制备是固定化酶技术领域的一个非常重要的研究内容。介绍了吸附法固定化酶的独特优势,对近年来国内外有关吸附固定化酶新型载体材料、载体材料的改性以及固定化方法的研究现状进行了简要的综述,并对吸附法固定化酶产业化技术瓶颈及发展趋势进行了总结。
Enzyme immobilization is one of the most active biotechnology research areas.Using adsorption-based immobilization carrier is the most economically attractive method with a wide selection range,low prices and simple fixed-based operation.The design and preparation of excellent comprehensive carrier material are very significant for the immobilized enzyme technology.The special advantages of adsorption method were introduced.The research status of immobilized enzyme carrier material and its immobilization methods at home and abroad in recent years were reviewed.Moreover,the bottlenecks and trends of adsorption-based immobilized enzyme industry technology were summarized.
